I Just installed Xpenology on my Datto D500, worked perfectly first attempt.
I'm coming from a background of cellular phone bootloader unlocking to replace Android versions, MacOS EFI hacking with OpenCore etc so I understand the why.
I understand that the redpill bootloader allows us to boot DSM by fooling DSM info thinking that it's installed on a Synology appliance.
What I'm not sure about is when, AND MORE IMPORTANTLY HOW, I need update Redpill
Do I need to update it when I'm doing any DSM update or just major number upgrades ?
