I keep on receiving "Failed to install DSM. Failed to install the file. The file is probably corrupted."

Hello.

 

I was trying to build a test environment for me to explore functionality of Synology NAS for my project.

 

I followed a guide from Youtube and I was able to follow it smoothly until I reach the installation part. The only difference is I tried to use DS6622XS+.

I keep on receiving "Failed to install DSM. Failed to install the file. The file is probably corrupted." after finding the device on Synology Assistant.

 

Any help will be appreciated.

Did you updated yours USB flash drive VID and PID in user_config.json file?
