Read and write speeds

I've been doing some tests on my DSM 7.1 on an X540-AT2 10Gbe NIC and a TRENDnet 6-Port 10G.

 

I have tested it with a ts-h973ax and I reach speeds with AJA of 956MB/sec writing and reading of 946MB/sec

 

But with DSM I only reach 200MB/sec write and 1000MB/sec read

 

I don't know if I'm missing something, it's the same disk, the same cable
