Low performance with VM on Proxmox

Hello,

 

I just install DSM 7 on my Proxmox server with a VM.

 

I used DSM before on baremetal.

 

Since I upgraded to VM, I have low latency on transfer.

 

Before I had 110mo/s now I have 70 to 85mo/s max.

 

I can use only e1000 driver because others doesn't works.

 

How can I have better ?
