Redpill DSM 7.1 on Thecus N4200_pro not able to reboot after DMS installed

The N4200_pro
RAM 2GB 
HD 2TB*4

Follow the flyride tutorial  use a 8GB usb-stick

bootloader：tinycore-redpill.v0.8.0.0.img
DMS bulid：broadwellnk-7.1.0-42661

after "exitcheck.sh reboot "  I can connect N4200 by  Synology assistant and show IT's not install  DSM If there is no HD attach to the NAS 
if there is any HD on it than the N4200 seems not boot at all (can only guess because it don't have video port)

I work around to boot with USB along first than hotplug HD and install the DSM ，after DSM finish installed it will reboot success into the DSM console sometime to finish the setting
 

but most of the time it won't boot up to let me finished the setting after 10 min's conuntdown

 

and even I success finished the setting and set the update option manually  ， N4200 is still fail to reboot if I shutdown or reboot it

 

any help will be  appreciate
