Install on vmware ESXI Disk Provisioned Size Greyed

I have installed XPEnology on a vphere 5.0 system.

(using file XPEnology_4-1_vmware_Hard8.OVF)

All is working fine. I want to ingrease the disk size but the "disk Provisioned Size" is Greyed out.

 

I tried in power down mode.

 

How can I increase the disk size.
