Please ignore the above. I got forgotten to sudo in with the correct user. Managed to run the script and it upgraded ok to 7.1. Thanks @pocopico!

@pocopico918+ build is failing on mpt3sas module after yesterday's update to 41.00.00.00. Think the checksum in rp-ext/mpt3sas/releases/ds918p_42218.json needs fixing?

Has anyone had any luck getting 7.0.1 on an 918+ with a LSI PCI passthrough card working on ESXi? I can install and boot ok, and DSM can see the drives fine. However, it doesn't seem able to read the SMART data so the Storage Pool is showing error messages which I can't clean.

hi arcao
Great work! If you have time would really appreciate if you could compile the mpt3sas module as well?
Thanks!

Hi jun,
Do you think it is possible to compile and share the mpt3sas driver? Thanks!

@pocopicoI've upgraded a 3622xs+ on ESXi to 7.1. If I want to reinstall the image, do I have to build 7.0.1 and then upgrade to 7.1 again?
