    i faced the same issue with hp z400 and hp z420 still not abled to find out , how to solve it . did u find the solutuion?

    intitially IP address is assigned , it is pinging frrom another computer in network after the downloading and building the boot loader, ping go away .... i am using hp z 400 workstation , may be boot loader not able to put driver of Motherboard network card
