This is the screen it goes back to on following the installation guide, regardless of what i do (new or migrate) it loops me in here. Tried multiple dsm versions. Still no luck

Hello I have pressed the update in web interface, it went into reboot and back to the screen where it says go to find.synology.com, unfortunately nothing shows up in find. Tried getting a new USB with 6.2.2 DSM and it always goes into loop of restarting or error failed to install the file, this file is probably corrupted (13). I confirmed the file is not corrupt and all the pid and vids are correct in the usb stick.
