Hi guy, i noob man.. i totally no idea how to start? i bought this NAS from online and it come with DS3617xs but somehow the software start to give abit issue. It totally cant shutdown via online. i had to force shutdown. how do i install DS3617xs into the thumbdrive and get it run? can use win10 to install to thumbdrive but when i search... the install seen to be very confuse.

DS3617x cannot shutdown from normal path but i had no issue access the folder. Does tht mean my software had issue? i need to reinstall?
