I am wondering if there is a way to expand the drive pool on a DS918+ to 12 drives. The DS918+ only has 4 drive bays, so I am not sure if this is possible. Is there a patch or other workaround that would allow me to do this?

maybe you can post your successful build with a 8/9/10th Gen motherboard that successfully installed DSM 7.x so we can buy the same MB for our new build. Please tell us if transcoding and H265 works natively. Thanks!
