@likeadoc thanks for your fast reply. I‘ve install the patch and it works fine with the Moments app. Now i can see the HEIC photos. 😃
By the way... Is it possible to restart the transcode for HEIC photos?

Hi! Does the patch work with the Moments app? Moments will not transcode the photos with HEIC format. Thanks.

Do you mean the protocol center on the syno? If you mean this. There is no error messages in relation to Moments. Thanks.

Hey!
I've a Problem with the Synology Moments App. If I upload photos from my iPhone with the official Synology Moments iOS app up to the Xpenology server I can't the the photos. See the attached pictures. On the second picture ist a message with "This format cannot being displayed or played back, or the file is being converted." if I click of one photo. The problem is if I use Moments with a browser or the iOS App.
Moments is install in version 1.3.3.-0700. My System is running with version DSM 6.2.3-25426 Update 2.
