ok i was able to create the cluster successfully. But after creating the cluster, nic 2 that is used for Heart Beat configuration is completely wiped off so in HA management windows, it's reporting the device as offline. Any idea what might be causing the issue? Note: Nic 2 (HA heartbeat) is on static IP. Thank you

Hi All I have followed the steps and was able to create 2 VM's with DSM on them successfully. now my plan is to create a High Availaibility between these two devices using High Availability Ad-on. so i have installed the high Availability Add-on on both these devices but when trying to create a cluster am getting an error mesg as per below "Unable to to Establish the cluster connection. This may happen because the cluster connection is not connected via a switch" My Ste up is as follows 2 nic's on both vms assigned static IP's n the same Vlan with the same Subnet mask Any idea what could be the issue here? thank you
