  1. Thanks for your help. I tried these settings (/etc/synoinfo.conf, /etc.defaults/synoinfo.conf modified, with maxdisks settings), unfortunately, the 13th or even a 14th USB still appears as an internal disk (like in my first post, Not initialized, Normal state), and can't be used at all. 4 external disks that were previously recognized correctly as a USB disk are now seen as a eSATA disk. I rollback my settings. Would you have any other advices please ?
  2. Hello, I discovered after installing Xpenology that I encountered a 12-drive limit. Lots of posts are talking about this limit (internal hard drives or eSATA drives), but actually in my case, I'm using more than 12 USB 3.0 external 2,5" drives. If I stay under 12 disks, it appears correctly in the "External Devices" section, and a "usbshareX" mount is automatically created. I would like to keep this behaviour. Actually, when a 13th USB 3.0 disk is plugged in, it appears as a "Disk 33" in the internal section, and is in "Not initialized, Normal" state. I can't do anything with it, even format it. I tried some synoinfo.conf combinations but unfortunately, it never worked. Maybe I'm missing something, but I'm kind lost in here. Is there anyone who can help me on this please ? I'm using Jun loader 1.02b on a HP N54L, with 2x 4-port USB 3.0 PCIe cards Thanks.
