Hello, Would it be possible to add a disk with NTFS formatted content to the NAS? I say this because I have 2 6TB disks with multimedia content on a Windows 10 computer and I would like to add these hard disks, with their content, to my NAS but I would not want to lose the content.

Good afternoon, My equipment consists of a motherboard ASROCK Z270 gaming itx / ac, with an i5 processor and 16 gigas of ram. I have installed Jun's Loader 1.04B and Xpenology 6.2.1 (I used to have an earlier version and everything worked correctly). In principle everything seems to work except that I can not turn off the NAS unless I turn it off directly from the power button with what that entails. I have tried to schedule a shutdown task but it does not work. I try to turn it off from the menu in the upper bar where it can be turned off or reset but it remains indicating that it will be shut down soon .... What can happen? Thanks in advance.

Debido a que no conseguía entrar en el NAS y me quedaba en la pantalla de autenticación ( me indicaba que la clave no era correcta cuando estaba seguro 100% que sí lo era ), he reinstalado todo y ya vuelve a funcionar sin problemas. Solamente me queda un detalle y es que en la anterior configuración podía pulsar el botón de apagado/encendido del NAS y se apagaba correctamente. Creo recordar que fue con algo que encontré por la web, pero ahora, por mucho que busco, no consigo encontrarlo. ¿Alguien podría indicarme algo para conseguirlo? Gracias de antemano.

Hola, buenas tardes. Quisiera preguntar si es posible reinstalar Xpenology sin que se pierdan los datos de los discos duros donde tengo ficheros. El problema estriba en que, al intentar entrar al nas, vía web, me ha indicado que los datos eran erróneos. Lo he intentado varias veces y me ha bloqueado por IP. He intentado con otros equipos por si me hubiera equivocado con la contraseña pero también los ha ido bloqueando cuando estoy 100% seguro que la contraseña y usuario son los correctos. No recuerdo el tipo de bootloader que tengo en el usb..... Cualquier ayuda será bienvenida. Gracias de antemano. Decir que puedo ver los contenidos sin problema, por ejemplo, desde Kodi.

Muchas gracias, bluesnow. Acabo de entrar allí y, efectivamente, me aparecía un mensaje en relación a que estaba pendiente de "autenticar" la cuenta de correo. Es extraño porque lo tengo desde el mes de mayo del año pasado y estoy seguro que lo autentifiqué pero..... He vuelto a realizarlo y asunto solucionado. Muchas gracias, de veras.

Hola, buenas tardes. Tengo instalado Xpenology y todo me ha ido funcionando bien desde el principio. Sin embargo, desde hace unos días, en el apartado de Notificaciones me aparece un mensaje indicando lo siguiente: "Download Station Error de autenticación. Vaya a Opciones > Cuenta de correo electrónico en su DSM y compruebe su cuenta de correo electrónico y su contraseña" Todo funciona correctamente, sigue descargando, pero a pesar de borrarlo, vuelve a aparecer. Me parece que esto ha sucedido a raiz de que hace unos días, por error, dí al icono de "Centro de asistencia" y ahí es cuando me dijo que el número de serie no coincidía, bla, bla, bla..... Las opciones que me indica de ir a opciones...... no las veo por ningún sitio. ¿Cómo podría solucionar este problema? Gracias de antemano
