Hello i start the operation
i'm stuck on the build part
inside the UI TCRP-mshell i don't find any entry for build the loader
so i launch the command
./rploader.sh build ds3622xsp-7.2.1-69057
But the command failed

The pat file is well on /mnt/sbd3/auxfiles/ds3622xsp_69057.pat

Thanks to both of you. As all recommend I will test with a spare disk yes. And have. A look to the new version of the loader with UI ( I m not afraid of command line)
I just have a look to DS3622xs+ real model
I m happy with the price of my gen8 😄

I do this command and it's solved for me this will reboot your dsm

i migrate from juns loader 1.02 to 1.03 on HP GEN8 with a new network card (intel)
I add my new intel network card and junloader 1.02b still working on DSM 6.1
and after migrate from dsm 6.1 to 6.2 whith loader 1.03 without driver
but process hang on connection
I add drivers and restart the NAS but i'm still have problem for connexion.
Now i can connect to synology via SSH
but i c'ant log to the UI i have the page but it's hang on loading message
On http://find.synology.com/ my nas is not recognize
On synology assitant apps it's recognize and status ready
On loader it's waiting for synology assistant
"Screen will stop updating shortly please open ...."
...

If i undestand i can update to 6.2 with JUN'S LOADER v1.04b ?
But i need to change model to ds918 ??
How can i check my driver if they are official ?

OK in fact the french translation is not correct "installation d'un tout nouveau dsm"

i have tried few week ago to migrate from 5.2 to 6.0
but i had an issue
I retest today with this new tuto and loader but i'm still have the same issue
Synoassistant or url find syno find my server but they ask me to install and not to migrate
With this messsage
I have 2 Ethernet port and 2 mac adresse i have try on both and i have the same message !!

Bon j e me suis lancer (j'ai pris une clé usb pour booter a la place du CD)
une fois le serveur relancer sur http://find.synology.com. je me retouve avec ce message :

Si je continue je suppose que je perd toute mes données ?
J4ai recommencer la manip refait la clé usb
changé SataPortMap=1 par SataPortMap=4

Petite question, très certainement posé un millier de fois, mais je préfère être vraiment sur de ma migration. Le Tutorial est très précis pour la configuration de la nouvelle clé USB Bootable, cependant, c'est plutôt vague une fois à l'étape 9 (Migration ou nouvelle installation).
Pour le choix d'une migration depuis une version 5.2, y a-t-il des choses importante à prévoir, certain parle d'un passage sur du RAID5, alors que mon volume est en SHR actuellement, pas de risque de formatage ou autre sur la partition de donnée ?
D'autre parle de faire une activation de SHR, mais, si nous fessons une migration, il nous faut déjà installer DSM 6.0.2 non ?
N'ayant pas trouvé de tuto vidéo sur Youtube montrant une migration de DSM 5.2 vers du 6.0.2, je préfères avoir toutes les réponses avant.
