when I regenerate the serial number I have sn=2040SJRE1GXWF it varies but no UBR in the latter I did it three times

Unable to boot my loader (tinycore-redpill-efi-v0.9.4.8.img) with dell optiplex 7070 so I installed with (arpl-i18n-23.6.2.img) but the DSM DVA1622 7.1.1 42962 has no license (invalid) except I should see 8. A solution?
