fonix232 Posted December 12, 2013 Share #2 Posted December 12, 2013 It is not frozen. This is where you have to bring up the web UI (using the Synology Assistant app), and install the PAT file. But if you've read the setup guide, you wouldn't be posting a new thread for an already explained problem (I myself wrote the almost same sentence at least a dozen time).
