Azarok Posted September 24, 2023 Share #1 Posted September 24, 2023 With the N5095 NAS Server Motherboard, I built my first xpenology nas. Unfortunately, despite trying all day, finds.synology.com was unable to locate my nas. The website discovered my prior IP address, 192.168.0.156, which I used the day before, even though I hadn't connected a hard drive to the computer at the time. My current nas ip address is 192.168.0.158. I can open the webpage with 158:7861 and ping the IP address that ends in "158," however, 158:5000 does not work. A rule to open port 5000 to the 158 IP address was also applied to my router's IPS router. I tried the Android app and the Synology assistant, but the nas could not be found. What am I doing incorrectly?
Azarok Posted September 24, 2023 Author Share #2 Posted September 24, 2023 The problem was on the loader. I used arpl and it works fine.
