Is there a way to find out actual hardware specs

Hi all.

 

I'm running a HP microserver which is serving me well, and I'm loving the project. 

 

I would like to upgrade the RAM, is there a way to find out how much I'm currently running from DSM without disassembling the server? The CPU is wrong in the Info centre, but is the RAM amount correct? Cheers!
