Hi All .. I'm having the same issue and have an reasonably un-stable system just slowing down with services stopping. @NeoID, did you manage to find what the issue was?
It is the same for my My synology nas is also giving me the same issues. I had setup limits on two folders. I also found out docker is using quotas and there is a bug inside the docker code which is causing this.
