the tutorial is still valid for dsm 6.2, just the loader is 1.03b

i'd say go with 1.03b 3617 dsm 6.2.3 (needs csm/legacy mode in bios)

if you have trouble try 1.02b 3617 dsm 6.1

1.04b 918+ is no option for you as it needs min. a 4th gen intel cpu (haswell)
