As it turned out, a very good and cheap motherboard from the China $168 for a set with process and memory.
It also works without a video card, it only beeps for a couple of seconds at startup.
Need BIOS set for load from the USB flash drive as Legacy - don't loads from UEFI USB Flash

I am looking to use the same HBA (ASR-71605) as you in a new build. I am most familiar with LSI cards, but the Adaptec one fits my needs (low profile, SAS ports along the long edge of the card, 12+ drives on one card). I am hoping you can provide some information about your experience, as the forum has limited information about this card.
1) is the extra.lzma required for use of the card?
2) Does the HBA provide SMART information, drive temperature, etc in Xpenology?
