As we can't do update through arpl menu which now fails of course.

What is the way to update when you have the zip in your hand ? (i've read there is a convertion step from arpl to rr, i'm a little lost)

I'm having a question regarding tinycore install on existing proxmox dsm vm.

 

Previously, i build loader from another tinycore vm and then importing to my dsm vm.

 

With the last dsm update and to be more confortable, i'd like to know how to add tinycore build loader to anexisting dsm vm without it.

Ma question doit etre certainement bete mais je vois pas comment faire, je souhaite migrer mon install en 7.1.1 mais pour cela il me faut dans le boot "Tiny Core image build", donc installer l'outil Tinycore dedans. D'habitude c'est plutot Tinycore puis on installe xpenology, la c'est l'inverse j'ai deja xpenology et je veux y mettre le boot Tinycore lol.

 

Jusque la je passais par une vm à part qui avait Tinycore en standalone, puis je trasnferais le .img généré etc ... pas très pratique.

Hello, i not agree with this. Until DSM 7.0.1 i was able to patch acpi without loader change by running this script (taken somewhere in this forum)

I confirm it's working with your command but this is for ds3622, i have ds918 so apollolake not broadwellink

 

Any idea ?

I wanted to add extensions for acpi (running proxmox vm ds918 7.1.42661)

Without this, impossible to shurdown vm properly on proxmox.

 

Is there a way to get it work for this version (was working well for 7.0.1)

 

I'm trying to compile like this but fails :

./rploader.sh ext apollolake-7.1.0-42661 add https://raw.githubusercontent.com/pocopico/rp-ext/main/redpill-acpid/rpext-index.json

./rploader.sh build apollolake-7.1.0-42661

Merci beaucoup, passé sous DSM 7.1 sans emcombre.

 

Comme discuté ensemble reste cette histoire de shutdown sous proxmox non fonctionnel pour le moment (qui etait ok sous DSM 7.0.1)

 

Malgré l'ajout dans le loader de cela
