Без каких либо проблем обновил 6.1.4 до 6.2.3 с родной сетевухой - даже монитор не подключал.

0. Удалил папку ".xpenoboot"

1. Записал флешку с 1.0.3  чистую без всяких  extra.lzma

2. Через Sуnology Assistant зашел - migrate - залил DSM_DS3615xs_25423.pat

3. По истечении всего 3 минут уже всё загрузилось.
