- Additional comment: Shutdown/Reboot GUI Button Working after Disable Embedded NIC control in Bios under Booting Tab

Is this bios setting problems or anything eles ? 

In order for N54L shutdown and reboot to work, it is very important to change the following in BIos:

"In booting, disable the embedded NIC control" something like that if I remember it correctly
