[Please help me choose VM for Synology]

Im running Synology on my home server with Jun loader. It very good.

But i want install pfsense and other VM, lilux etc...

With ESXi i not have good raid card, i only have dell perc h310 with poor performance. Synology installed on it have copy speed 25Mb/s

With Synology only i have 115mb/s copy speed. 

 

I should buy new raid card or install window server with Hyper-V ?

I have PCI wifi, PCI LAN 4 port, PCI raid dell H310, i want build all in one server, router + nas + dev server + deploy server (i need raid 10 for it) 

Please help me choose good point for my home server.

Im a newbe, i was read on forum many thread. But that dont say or confirm my main baord can upgdare to 6.2 

Please tel me i can update it ? I install XPE a week.
