How do you comment it out or delete it?

Does anyone know how to make it that the grub menu always boots to the baremetal build option and not anything else? I am unable to reboot the NAS box remotely as when it reboots it will try and run a different option in the GRUB menu.

I guess I should have been more specific. I understand how to delete or comment out with a #. My question is where would I do that? When I hit e to edit the grub menu items to do that I can put the # in or delete the data but there is no way to save that edit.
