    einfach neu aufsetzen irgendwie geht nicht ohne Datenverlust wa?

    Könntest du mir evtl. stichpunktartig sagen, was man da genau dann machen muss? 

    Also nen bootbaren Ubuntu Stick zu erstellen, werde ich wohl hinbekommen :) aber was ich danach machen muss? 😕

    Mahlzeit,

     

    leider habe ich dummerweise auf 6.2.4 geupgradet (J5005 mit DS918+ und 1.04 loader). Nun wird die Diskstation nicht mehr im Netzwerk erkannt (war dumm und mein Fehler). Meine Frage ist, ob es möglich ist, (mit wenig Aufwand) wieder auf 6.2.3 downzugraden, OHNE DATENVERLUST?

     

    Wir nutzen das Teil als Foto- und Filmeserver und nun hängt der Haussegen gerade etwas schief 😕

    Last update 6.2.2-24922 update 3 change nothing for LAN card so if update 2 work, update 3 work too.

    DSM 6.2 Loader

    Hi there,

    i am current at DSM 6.2.1-23824 Update 6 with Junes Loader 1.04b / DS918+ @ ASRock J-5005 ITX

    did not update for some time... in last updates it seems there was a problem with intern network card.

    So anybody knows if i can update to DSM 6.2.1-24922 Update 3 without getting into trouble with my intern network card? do i have to pay attention to something special when upgrading?

    Well, as you may know, Realtek makes more than 1 model of nic's, and without knowing exactly what your model is, I can only "read the tarot-cards" icon_e_wink.gif.6cb21a1598c60a3e338b292b3bad5ae0.gif or guess.

     

    In one of my test-setups, using Asrock Q1900-ITX, the nic is a RTL8111GR, this works both with :

    bootloader 1.03 DS3617, DSM up to, and including 6.2 update2, but not 6.2.1

    bootloader 1.04 918+, DSM 6.2.1-23824 - Update 1 with no problem.

     

    If you try to make a new fresh install, based on 1.03 3615/3617,

    make sure to download the 6.2 pat file and install it manually and do not update to 6.2.1 then maybe it will work for you.

    Hi there,
    in a few days i will set up my NAS for first time. i am using a j5005-board with 8GB Ram.
    So loader 1.04b with DSM 6.2.1 for 918+ will be a good choice or better go with loader 1.03b and DSM 6.1.7/6.2 for 3615 (does this work at j5005 Boards?)?
     
    When choosing 6.2.1 for 918+ which serial should i use since the generator supports only 916+ and 3615/17?

    Noone can give me a good advice, which loader/dsm setup will be the best (most stable / compatible) for my chosen hardware setup?
