Is it possible to increase the amount of hdds which can be installed at ds918+?

i got 7*4tb and 2*3in a baremetal ds3617 with 1.02b and Want to upgrade to 918+ with 1.04. i want to reconfigure my actuall raid during setup therefore i Need more than the normal 4 drives

As it is not possible to load chroot anymore from paket center, is there any new way to get all those debian commands (like apt-get ....) working on dsm?

as i couldnt find any suitable information about the above mentioned controller is supported by juns loader or not i made the decission of compiling and adding it by myself using this tut:

Worked quite fine, the system starts with loader 1.02b and ds3517.

BUT i cant see the attached hdd.

 

Is there any chance of seeing if the module is "working/available"?

cause im sittin' at work and just got ssh connection. So i cant chance anything rigt now about the loder

Marcel from germany, im running a ds215j, ds918+ and a Xpenology dsm 6.1 with jun loader ;)

 

Now i got some driver issues with pci-e cards and hopefully someone could help ;)
