I get some errors in DSM that running in ESXi 5.1

Yesterday, my ESXi server was shutdown by power failure

When I power on and boot in DSM, the data was loss and the apps need to reinstall ...

 

Anyone try ? Is it not safety and stable in vm-hdd ...
