    add new synology 1 licencse to surveillance station ?

    Hello,

     

    I have DSM 5.2-5592 Update 3 and installed surveillance station ver. 7.1-4058. I buy 1 license camera pack from synology, but I have I problem. I use add license wizard from surveillance station, then i wrote license key , and finally aktivate by pressing button FINISH. Then sisten check and send me message "Connection failed.Please check your network settings".

     

    I like to know, is synology now blocked license activation, because I use eXPEnoboot for DSM 5.2 ?

     

    For any answer i will be gratefull.

    Thank you for information. Seems, gnoboot has more drivers in modeles map. But i dont know, how to insert drivers from gnoboot to nanoboot and make boot image?

    Why gnooboot do not have the last version of DSM (4494 update 4) ? I like to have the last vesrion of nanoboot and worked wirelless hot spot .

    I like to know, what is different between gnoboot and nanoboot? Previusly i have expenology DSM 5.o beta, but now is stoped to work. Now I use nanoboot-5.0.3.2 DSM 5.0-4493 X64 update 4, but wireless hot spot did not work. I use gnoboot, wireless hot spot in this version works fine. Now I like to know, what is is different between gnoboot and nanoboot? Why gnoboot did not have version 4493? Did gnoboot stop to work on new releases? I think that gnoboot support much more drivers.     Hello, this is really great work.

     

    I install yesterday Nano-Boot 5.0.3.1 DSM 5.0-4493 X64 on usb stick and update 3. Works OK, but my wirelless hot spot does not recognise my usb wirelless stick Edimax ew-7711UMn. I use before xpenology DSM 5.0 beta and hot spot work perfectly. Why this nanoboot do not?

    Boot disk fail in XPEnology_DS3612xs_5.0_BETA

    I use XPEnology_DS3612xs_5.0_BETA on my PC. XPEnology use boot disk to store configuration data, usb only to start. On my PC is conected 3x sata 1TB disk and I used it very well until boot disk fail. So I replace boot disk with the new one and install xpenology. But when I conenct my 3x 1TB disk, then xpenology does not work, can not see it on the network with IP . Otherwise, when I disconect my 3X 1Tb disk , then I see it on net. How can I restore,that i use xpenology with my 3xTb, used before boot disk fail?

    add hd disk standalone not SHR

    I am new one in linux and I use XPEnology DS3612xs DSM 5.0-4418 (BETA). Looks good. Now I have 3 Hard disk and I like use it in xpenology like stand alone disk, not SHR. How can I adda this volume?

     

    Second, when I use GUI managnemt in my browser, the synology says that i use this software not legal and close web gui. How can I this disable?

     

    I like to use my putty, so what I must to do to in synology that then can I conect with root user and password? What is the root password?
