[DSM 6.2 Loader]

I'm currently running 6.0.2-8451 Update 11 Baremetal on HP microserver Gen 8.
Is it possible for me upgrading to 6.2? And should I use loader 1.03b or 1.04b?
Will an upgrade mess something up with my current setting on Surveillance Station 8.0.3 with additional licences (not legit).

Hi!

I have a HP Microserver gen 8 with Xpenology DSM 5.2.

I'm planning to update to 6.0.2 using this tutorial viewtopic.php?f=2&t=22100

 

The thing is that today I have a patched version of Surveillance station with additional licenses.

If I update to the 6.0.2 I assume the licenses will be lost.

 

I have tried using Google translate to find information in this thread but can't find anything. Is there any way to patch Surveillance station again to get more camera licenses if I update?

Got it... It had to /Backup/, not /backup/...

I copied the .so file to volume1/backup.

when i connect using Putty i typed this

 

cp volume1/backup/libsynoss_1.so /var/packages/Surveillancestation/target/lib/libsynoss_1.so

 

it only says

 

cp: can't stat 'volume1/backup/libsynoss_1.so': No such file or directory

But i couldnt understand where to find the libsynoss file to replace. Is it on the USB-memory which i run Xpenology from?

And if it is, which i susspect, do I just take a copy of the old and replace it with the new one? Or do I have to do something else?

I saw something about disable automatic updates before, but couldnt find anything in the program.

Hi! New to this forum and can't send PM. I have tried to follow this thread with Google Translate, but it's kind of tricky.

There is nothing about a patch to Surveiilance station in the English section of this forum.

So could anyone please help me with getting more camera licenses to my HP gen 8 Microserver running Xpenology and Surveillance station 7.1-4122?
