[Missing 6 disks out of 12?]

I was able to fix it with a few config edits. If anyone needs the steps give me a few minutes and I'll post them.

It does have 6 ports, but the problem is, in the BIOS I only have options to switch it to IDE, RAID or AHCI. There's pretty much no way to disable them. Is there anyway I could get XPenology to stop looking at the board and look at the RAID Card instead?

On my current XPEnology build running on my server;

 

Xeon E3-1220v2

8GB DDR3 ECC / U

12x 500GB SATA III 7,200RPM

LSI MR 9266-4i

*Disks are passed through as individual RAID0 arrays as the card doesn't support JBOD.

 

It sees disk 7,8,9,10,11,12 but doesn't see anything other than that. Any help would be appreciated.
