[Backup to a Synology Diskstation]

Hi,

 

This may seem like a silly question but does the feature of backing up to another Synology device stored in a remote location still work if using XPEnology. I have come into the possession of a 1 bay Synology appliance and I was thinking of putting it in a family members house and backing up to it.
