[Another spec question]

only question i have is does the vantec ugt-st644r work with the DSM?  Search didn't find anything.

I have an Asus Z77 Sabertooth with an i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz and 32gb of ram laying around.

 

I searched and didn't see any issues with it from a compatibility perspective but I thought I'd post and ask.

 

Also....what sata controller should I run?  This will be an 8 disk.  8TB each totally 64TB raw.

 

Would the LSI Logic SAS 9207-8i Storage Controller LSI00301 work?
