[Strange volume creation error]

I found the way to solve this problem~

 

I use factory rest and wipe all data~ reinstall it

After install, create volume then update 1 or 2 later~ If update first, the problem is back again.

 

However, I have new system and no data so I can try factory reset. If you have important data files, you may need to backup before factory rest.

I have same problem and don't know how to solve this

Even though update 2, still cannot fix it.
