DSM 6.2.1-23824 Update 1
This is a critical update of DSM.
A change in the kernel config will breaks all non official PCIe devices drivers.

tested on ESXi first, upgrading from 1.03a loader to 1.04b.
then upgraded DSM to 6.2.1 and validated both vmxnet3 and e1000 VLAN drivers
baremetal upgrade to 6.2.1 is working with Realtek NIC
