HP microserver Gen8 and hp-ams

Hi, I hope, somebody can help me. I bought a microserver gen8 since few month, and i have a "fan issue", i know, many topics speak about it, but, i'm trying to resolve it. I have install esxi 5.1 on this server (+ DSM 5.2), the fan is running at 6% !
