MarsManden Posted January 20, 2014 Share #26 Posted January 20, 2014 @stanza: PS: I cannot host the zip file, but it might be on Trantor's server if he agrees. Sounds good, send me a pm with address and I will pop it up on my host for a while Or let me know - I have plenty of room/bandwith to host the file. Followed the original post and I am running version 4.3 3810 Update 4. I havent tested much but I am assuming things should function ok.. Looks like I'll be following http://www.synology.com/en-global/support/tutorials/560 going forward

costib Posted January 21, 2014 Share #32 Posted January 21, 2014 This is not a BUILD, nor a RELEASE. It is just the Update 4 package which can be applied over the DSM 4.3-3810.

I had troubles even booting up had to have the hard drives removed let xpenology load then toss in the drives and then it works (able to access xpenology) Was a real pain the azz!. Now I cannot get the command to work. and download the update. rm: can't remove '/autoupd@te.info': No such file or directory ok to solve this issue you have to change out the SN so I did that all is well. on updating. costib Posted January 29, 2014 Share #38 Posted January 29, 2014 Or you could use the offline method : A second option is as follows from user costib who kindy grabbed the update package before it was deleted His instructions are To Manually Update to 4.3 build 3810 v4: 1. Transfer via ftp "autoupd@te.info" and "@smallupd@te_deb" to /volume1/public 2. Connect/login with putty/telnet and execute these 2 commands: cp /volume1/public/autoupd@te.info / cp -a /volume1/public/@smallupd@te_deb/ /volume1/ 3. Go to Control Pannel - DSM Update and press the Update Now button I have uploaded the update and you can Download it here for a short while 33.6Mb http://stanzabike.net/DSM_4.3-3810_Update_4.rar Mirror from Trantor http://xpenology.trantor.be/beta/DSM_4.3-3810_Update_4.rar . elmuziko Posted February 4, 2014 Share #40 Posted February 4, 2014 The offline one worked for me, thanks. For the complete n00bs and useless like me it's worth noting I had to use WINSCP to transfer the files and i had to create the folder called public. At that IP you listed there is a text file with a list of other people's IP's... not sure what that is about.
lefizz Posted February 13, 2014 Share #50 Posted February 13, 2014 Stratum is a mining server proxy I believe for bit/litecoin mining. You've definitely been hijacked
