available volume size is insufficient

I have created a volume but wanted to restructure my raid layout.

Then I created another volume and move most of my share folder to the new volume.

However, when moving the largest share folder the captioned error occurred.

"Operation failed because available volume size is insufficient"

The folder is around 1.6TB in size and my new volume has 2.3TB free space.

I have no idea on why it happen. Before I try to manually moving the file in ssh I would like to see if someone knows the problem first.
