Please help! I got a problem when upgrading to 4.3 from 4.2

After I upgraded my 4.2 to 4.3 on my Buffalo terastation yesterday, there was always a message in the log which is "the clear buzzer button has been pressed" and I tried to delete it all however it was generated endless which let CPU fullloaded up to 90% always. The message displayed in Terastation screen is "ERR-005" and I checked the process there is a "SCEMD" what's that? Anyone can help me? thanks a lot!
