Guest Posted June 8, 2017 Share #1 Posted June 8, 2017 Hallo liebe Gemeinde, aktuell bin ich mit meinem HP Gen8 noch auf DSM 5.2-5967 Update 3. Da ich nicht wirklich jeden Tag im Forum lese, bin ich nun etwas verunsichert. Ich würde gerne auf eine aktuelle DSM 6.X updaten. Jedoch wüsste ich gerne, was hierbei zu beachten ist. Welche Version ist soweit nutzbar? Muss ich Besonderheiten im BIOS oder ähnliches umstellen/einstellen? Gibt es evtl. eine gute STEP-BY-STEP Anleitung? Ich nutze meine beiden HP Gen8 NAS eigentlich nur für Streaming. Zudem SABNZBD und TVHeadend Server. Auch eine OWNCLOUD ist aktiv. So wie ich das verstanden habe, geht man hier von komplett neuen Installation aus. Ich will aber meine ganzen Daten übernehmen. Würde das denn auch damit klappen? Sepuku74 Posted June 18, 2017 Share #7 Posted June 18, 2017 Einfach Migration im DSM Menü wählen, so hatte ich das damals gemacht, ging ohne Probleme. Tutorial: Install/Migrate DSM 5.2 to 6.0 (Jun's loader) dort ist es perfekt Beschrieben. 9 - Now go back to your workstation, and launch Synology Assitant or go to http://find.synology.com. Within one minute or so you should normally be able to see your NAS on the local network (it took 55 seconds on a test I did on a VM). Just follow the instructions and either chose "Install" if you wish to have a clean install or chose “Migration” if you are coming from DMS 5.2 and wish to update while retaining your data. You will be asked to provide the .PAT file you downloaded earlier (DSM_DS3615xs_8451.pat). 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
