N100 clock speed

Hi guys, 

 

I'm running version (see attached) on an aoostar R1 with the usual hardware (N100 CPU) and from install the clock speed is showing 700mhz in info center. It's running really sweet and Plex is basically perfect, however excuse my ignorance, but why is it showing 700mhz when the max clock speed is 3.2ghz? Does the chip speed-step or something? or is XPEnology not showing the correct information? I think I always add the module to show the CPU etc, and it's not a major problem, more of a niggle.

i did a cpu comparison btw the N100 and my i7-7700.

it show the N100 clock speed of .7GHZ up to 3.4GHZ.
