Cannot logon anymore to DSM 7.2

Hi my DSM was working properly but after I decided to reboot to install a disk the DSM has the following issue after the Booting DSM the IP it has is no longer pingable and I therefore cannot logon.I tried to update the arc loader same issue.I installed arc in a different usb drive no luck at all.After 10 minutes the IP is pingable again I can start the Synology web assistant but installing the pat file fails at 75% and says it might be corrupt.How can I install dsm now or  recover my files?

Update I amanged to gtet my files with the linux live vc fix

its weird why with arcloader the raid is not visible

What model were you using? Was it an Apollo Lake platform like DS918+?

Hi I was using the Asrock J3455 ITX with 7.2 as 3622xs+  and finally managed to find the issue.I tried to install a 4th ssd drive to extend the raid without touching the ARC.Obviously something screwed up in the config blocked the disk from appearing.After 1 day of trial and error and trying an ubuntu distro to copy all my data I found that first of all I needed amisetupwriter 0x4E2 0x3 and secondly to use the option 2 in the sata config to scan all .Then my drives appeared.I went ahead to update to 7.2.2 though which now created a problem that the Surveilance station desnt install which worked on 7.2 .I hate all this frustration I really miss my days on 6.4 and ds618+

This happened to me in the past as well.  You may want to revisit your hard drive configuration in Arc.  I had to manually map all my drives to specific drive bays as they were not in the correct order.  The minute you pull one drive out, it will reshuffle your drives all over again. 😂  It was a nightmare getting it back up.
