Dsm 5.2 power up problem

Hello, I have a problem with my dsm, after a power failure the server is restarting but getting stuck on black screen with "_" blinking on top left corner, so everytime after a power up from a power failure I need to hit CTRL + ALT+DEL to manually reboot again.

Anyone know how can I fix this to if there is a power shutting down the server will reboot as normaly?

Check the bios for the boot order and other devices, make sure its set to the usb and disable other devices.

This problem is related to xpenology because this happens since I updated to 5.0-4528 update 2.

It is not from bios or other place, it is not load the bootloader from first time, only after a restart.

what you write is pretty inconsistet, you start with a power failure, then its an update to 5.0-4528 update 2 and your topic is about dsm 5.2 ???

 

beside this its a minor problem with a older version, just don't reboot, shutdown then start and think about upgrading to 6.0.2 or 6.1?

Sorry about that mistakes. Is not dsm 5.2 but dsm 5.0-4528 update 2. And what I try to say is when a power failure happens the computer is rebooting but remains stuck on black screen. I have to restart it manually. Before dsm 5.0-4528 update 2  I used dsm 5.0-4493 and this does not happen before

I will like to upgrade to 6.0.2 or even 6.1 but I think I can't because I use NanoBoot x86 on Dell GX270 Intel Pentium 4 2.8ghz, 2GB RAM, Bios A07, Integrated VGA.

you can deactivate that setting in BIOS/UEFI

search for "Restore on AC/Power Loss"

 

Power OFF -> the system does not boot after power loss

Power ON -> the system boots
