no network after build

Good morning good people of the world,

 

i have a build ive been working on using an old dell compellant SC8000, the build goes great and it has all my nics working in there inc the 10gbs, i compile the build and reboot but it then does not get network at the find.synology.com stage, i ve rebooted a few times into friend and can confirm i get network in there also, im thinking for some reason it didnt inject the drivers properly into the build ?? 

 

any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
