qBittorrent not uses RAM cache on NAS

Hello, i'm on DSM 7.2.1-69057 Update 5 and trying to ease job for hdd by pushing qB to use RAM cache but it doesn't work at all.
Read and Write cache hits always show zero, Disable\Enable OS cache seems not do anything. I was using some Chinese version 4.6.5 directly from Package Center and other one from linuxserver in Docker. Both behave the same. So i don't know i missing some settings in syno or it is qb problem, or can someone recommend torrent client which one is really use RAM for caching?
