Schmill Posted May 29, 2024 #1 Posted May 29, 2024 For the longest time I was on 6.1.7-15284 update 3 and finally took the plunge to update to "the latest". I used TCRP ('10' I think it is) and all installed quite happily and the server is running. However it shows as being on 7.1.1-42962 Update 1, and that that is the latest update: Also clicking the "Release Notes" link takes me to TCRP's github page? https://raw.githubusercontent.com/pocopico/redpill-load/develop/rss.xml?model=DS3622xs%2B&update_version=42962-1 Am I missing something here? - WAs TCRP not the correct loader to use anymore? If DSM says it is up to date, I am not sure how I am supposed to update (indeed, am I supposed to update?) Thanks! Quote
Schmill Posted May 30, 2024 Author #2 Posted May 30, 2024 Now updated to tcrp-mshell, but still not sure how to apply updates, or why it says that it is up-to-date? Quote
Trabalhador Anonimo Posted May 31, 2024 #3 Posted May 31, 2024 Down load PAT files for update end manually install at control panel. 1 Quote

Thanks, wasn't sure if the loader needed updating first, or after the DSM update. Turns out I needed to manually install the update, and then after reboot run the tcrp-mshell "postupdate" 👍 Quote
N54L Posted September 1, 2024 #5 Posted September 1, 2024 (edited) Hello I'm also on 7.1.1-42962 Update 1. And I have an N54L. I have TCRP 10 installed. Would like to do the update as well. Can you write me what I have to do to get the update? Unfortunately, my Linux knowledge is very bad Edited September 1, 2024 by N54L Quote
