cipi65 Posted April 2, 2024 #1 Posted April 2, 2024 Hi, I am a noob and I want some help to manage to install DSM OS on Dell Optiplex 3070. The problem is after I prepare the boot loader and connect to IP I have the message "No drives detected on DS918+" I attached also print screens from Bios in which you can see that I have a 256 Gb ssd where I want to install the DSM OS. Thank you, Best regards, Ciprian Quote

At least one SATA drive is required to install DSM. (the authors of the bootloaders are already experimenting with installation options directly on NVME, but so far there is no stable result) Quote

Best Regards, I don't remember where it was discussed on this forum (like, in one of the branches from @Peter Suh). And an addon (beta version) appeared in one of the recent versions of Arc Loader, but it has now been removed. So for now, only SATA Quote
